Overview
The firm handles criminal and civil litigation for its clients across various states of Nigeria. Our primary objective is to make sure disputes arising from our clients’ business and commercial activities are resolved effectively, with the least expenditure of time and resources.
Our Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution departments are combined because our focus is delivering solutions on time. The team is made up of dispute resolution experts with commendable experience in the firm’s other core practice areas.
Our Principal/Managing Partner is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, and is a consummate litigator and settler of disputes.
